Danielle Jezienicki
Founder, Impact FWD
I founded Impact FWD to provide brands, investors and founders with expert guidance in building, implementing and measuring industry-leading sustainability programs that support long-term value and performance.
With over a decade of experience in building and implementing sustainability strategy across global supply chains and investing across asset classes, I can effectively deliver strategy, measurement and brand-building impact.

My career focus has been building and managing robust sustainability programs that demonstrate industry leadership, illustrating that financial, social, and environmental returns are mutually reinforcing and mission critical objectives.

Building on an impact investment background, I have deep expertise in consumer goods and retail-related sustainability. My experience spans the brand lifecycle from strategy and goal setting - to executing, measuring, reporting and marketing a sustainability strategy.

Work Experience
As Vice President and Head of Sustainability for Grove Collaborative (NYSE: GROV), leading e- commerce platform for natural home and personal care products and B Corp, I built Grove's industry-leading sustainability program and ESG framework including first-of-their-kind plastic scorecard and plastic intensity disclosures.
Previously, I managed sustainability for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) and the family of West Coast brands (Pottery Barn brand family, Williams Sonoma, Rejuvenation) valued at over $4B - primarily focused on environmental and material sustainability goals across the global supply chain.
As an impact investment analyst at Sonen Capital, I evaluated both ESG and Thematic impact across asset classes to identify mission-aligned opportunities where environmental impact would drive financial objectives.
